What is "Miami Lacrosse Training"?
Hi, I'm Jenna! MiamiLacrosseTraining.com started in 2018 as the home of my private lacrosse training business after I moved from New Jersey to Miami. As a former DI player and collegiate coach, I saw an opportunity to bring my experience to South Florida, develop players, and help grow the game.
What started with private lessons has expanded into 305 Select (previously Miami Sol), our club and player development program; Lax in the 305, a media/content brand that has grown far beyond Miami; and a curated Amazon Storefront featuring the lacrosse products I use, love, and recommend.
Today, Miami Lacrosse Training is the home base for everything I’ve built in the game. Whether you’re looking to join a club team, train, shop, or connect with the Lax in the 305 community, you can find it all here. Plus, you can read more about me at the bottom of this page if you like!

Jenna's
Story
I grew up in New Jersey and DID NOT play lacrosse my whole life. I actually played soccer and basketball and even dabbled in softball. It wasn’t until the summer going into freshman year of high school that I picked up a stick. It was incredibly frustrating since it was so new and for me and like many others, harder to learn than I would have liked. But after sticking with it, falling in love with the game, and having some great coaches along the way, I excelled quickly and was lucky enough to play at the Division 1 level.
Since college i have worked in a variety of ways both in and out of lacrosse. I have had sales, marketing, and management positions as well as collegiate and HS coaching positions. All this led me to my current roles and to founding multiple businesses in the lacrosse world. I hope to continue to spread my passion for the game to the next generation in any way I can!
