Miami Sol is Miami's Newest Girls Lacrosse Club offering girls programs of all ages from elementary and middle school to high school!

- Programs will run each Winter (Jan-March), Spring/Summer (April - June) and each Fall/Winter  (Aug/Sept - Dec)

​

We will not run our teams from mid June - late Augsut. This is a great time to go to camps, and inquire about private or small group lessons!
