- These circuits are meant to build lean muscle with both strength and cardio work combined
- Each is a TOTAL BODY workout
- Each can be tailored to your needs. You can modify to make exercises harder/easier, increase or decrease reps, take longer rests if needed, or less if really pushing.
- Designed for a 3-4 day per week routine
* Complete 2 sets of each for about a 20min workout
