Have been involved in lacrosse since I was in 4th grade, playing with my brother (and learning with a boys stick). I began playing girls lacrosse in 7th grade for the Junior Eureka Wildcats middle school team. When I reached Eureka high school in 2013, I played lacrosse as a midfielder all four years joining the varsity team my Sophomore year and becoming team captain my Senior year. During high school, I also played select lacrosse for LB3, Brave, and 410 West (St. Louis based organizations).
After graduating high school in 2017, I continued my lacrosse career as a middie on scholarship becoming a Bearcat at McKendree University—a division II school in Lebanon, IL. Here, my team and I were a part of the GLIAC and GLVC conference where I was team captain my Junior and Senior year, and received Honorable Mention, Second Team All Conference, and Academic Excellence Awards. During my time at McKendree, I also helped coach for 410 West. After graduation in 2021, I became a MSHSAA referee for girls high school lacrosse for the 2022 spring season before moving to Florida to start my graduate school journey.
Former sports: Basketball, volleyball, track and field, softball
I am currently a Graduate Assistant pursuing my PhD in environmental neuroscience at Florida International University.
I was named after a dinosaur—the Triceratops!
I love coaching because I love the sport! It’s fun to be involved and spread the love of the game, while inspiring and teaching my peers to be the best version of themselves possible. I enjoy giving back to the community that gave me so much and helped shape me into the person I am today.

"Played Lacrosse at D1 (Divison I) level at American University, made and Played for the All-American Under Armor team.
I have been playing lacrosse since I was 7 years old. I grew up playing on the STEPS Elite Team from 6th grade to 12th grade. In middle school and high school, I also worked with Megan Douty to work on my skills and to help me get recruited to play at the collegiate level. I was on the varsity team at Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High school all four years as well.
I have coached kids' lacrosse for multiple summers, I have worked with Meg's Lacrosse organization "" All Lax"" and was a camp counselor for a bit as well as a coach for the kids!"
Growing up I also played soccer, ran track as well as cross-country!
Studying at the University of Miami.
I've lived in three different states!
I love coaching because I am able to share my love for the game with others! Coaching provides me the opportunity to share the knowledge I have received from my experiences such as tips and tricks from the many college clinics I have attended during my time of recruitment, to what I have learned about the sport of playing D1 at the collegiate level. Lacrosse is supposed to be fun and enjoyed and I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to coach and make sure others find the same love for the sport as I have!
